The Three Pure Land Sutras

There are almost three hundred Buddhist sutras (scriptural texts) and sastras (discourses) that mention Amida Buddha and the Pure Land but The Three Pure Land Sutras delivered by Shakyamuni Buddha are the primary texts of most Pure Land schools, including Shin Buddhism. They teach us about Amida Buddha, the Buddha of Immeasurable Life and Light.
